Well .. I am but I'm watching the Ryder cup on Sky Sports ( Which I don't have at home)

What a week a busy week for myself.. it would seem as if many in my office are counting down till next week I can't say more as this is open and well I don't want to do anything that might put my future employment at risk..

But apart from the redundancies of which I might be one , the new energy that exists in radio at the moment is a positive thing, some might cry and winch at losing those old heritage names which they grew up / old with but in a world of Facebook, Bebo, Myspace, The BBC and alike you have to compete on a semi national basis you need your audience at one end of the country to relate to that at the other end.

Some might slate me for typing my thoughts but still.. I believe that networking , growing stronger national brands and giving our audience a better service in all areas online / dab / on air will with time help place radio in good stead for the future.

I type this post from Group wise, as next week I shall be using outlook express, I think in hindsight although I've sworn at it many a time I shall miss Group wise and it's little quirks.. RIP Group wise you shall me missed.

Thanks to @tommalcolm over at twitter I've had my eyes opened to Blip Fm, I will write a full review when I'm not busy.. making stuff for the EVA there's some legal issues that @chrice has pointed out that would make @carrina wince.. how long will this service remain.

Damn my twitter obsession is beginning to take over my life, soon I will be referring to all my friends as @insertname
